DAY 01 : Cochin

DAY 02 : Cochin - Munnar

DAY 03 : Munnar
Breakfast at hotel Visit Pothamedu is known for its plantation business apart from trekking and hiking options amidst sylvan surroundings. Devikulam is an idyllic hill station near Munnar. Pallivasal is home to the first hydropower project in Kerala. Attukal has several panoramic Waterfalls and offers trekking options. Nyayamakad is again a well-known picnic spot around Munnar. Mettupetty has an artificial lake built by a small -hydroelectric project. Rajamala is known as the natural habitat of endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Chitthirapuram is a small hill station that was once the favorite of the British while Echo Point is known for the natural echo effect it produces.

DAY 04 : Munnar - Periyar
Breakfast at hotel Depart for Periyar by road which is 124kms/04hrs approx Arrive and transfer to hotel Periyar is one f the major destinations of the state of Kerala, the God’s own country. The town also houses one of world’s most fascinating natural wildlife sanctuaries. Periyar is also the major base point to access some of the other exotic sites in Kerala as well as in Tamil -Nadu. A visit to Periyar also provides you the opportunity to see wildlife at close ranges, besides the varied vegetation and a wide variety of birds. Lying at an altitude of 700-1900 m above sea level, Periyar has a cool and comfortable climate. Out here, you can also go for treks and mountain walks. Visit spice plantation.

DAY 05 : Periyar - Kumarakom
Boat ride on Lake Periyar.The Park encompasses 26 sq. km. artificial Lake Take a boat ride on the lake to view wild life and water birds. Herds of elephants and bison come to the lake. Spotted deer and sambhar are also found here.
Return to hotel, after breakfast, checkout and depart for Kumarakom by road which is 07hrs approx

DAY 07 : Kumarakom – Alleppey
Check out from the hotel around 10.30am and drive to Alleppey – the land of Backwaters. On arrival at Alleppey, you get onto a private House boat. The trip goes through a wonderful area full of palm trees, rice fields and floating water plants that surround the boat like emerald Green Island.

DAY 08 : Alleppey - Kovalam

Breakfast at hotel Proceed for city tour of Kanyakumari visit Vivekananda Memorial, Gandhi mandapam. Vivekananda Rock Memorial is another place in Kanyakumari which attracts large number of tourists. As its name implies, it is essentially a sacred monument, built by the vivekananda Rock Memorial Committee to commemorate the visit of Swami Vivekananda to “Shripada Parai” during 24th, 25th and 26th December 1892 for deep meditation and enlightenment. Gandhi Mandapam - The place has been associated with great men like Swami Vivekananda and Mahatma Gandhi in whose names memorials have been here. They are very beautiful and add to the attraction of this place. The beautiful Gandhi Memorial completed in 1956, is situated as a memorial to the Father of the Nation.
